ORA Launches New Customer Support Web Site

August 2005 - ORA is pleased to announce a new Customer Support Web site exclusively for CODE V and LightTools users. With over 500 documents available for download, this site includes extensive resources to help users become even more productive, including:

• Training materials
• User Group presentations
• New and updated macros
• Past editions of Enews Tips
• Links to past Webinar recordings
• Library of FAQs from CODE V and LightTools technical support
• Example files and models

You can access this site on our Tech Support page, or directly at www.oraservice.com.

When you get to the oraservice.com site, click Sign Up for an Account, fill out the form, and we will activate your account (usually within a few minutes, if requested during our normal business hours).
