CODE V 10.4 Service Release 1: Release Notes
The CODE V 10.4 Service Release 1 (SR1) provides fixes for a number of customer-reported bugs, as well as glass catalog updates, as described below.
Issues Resolved
This service release corrects several issues, including the following:
- Modifies the CODE V GUI so that when entering options (like Automatic Design, AUT), menu items are disabled. This prevents CODE V from hanging or entering an infinite loop if menu items are executed when option dialogs are active.
- Resolves several issues with the SDERIVF macro function, primarily related to surfaces having interferogram (.INT) files attached.
- Resolves several issues with the INT_DEPART macro function, including improvements to account for CODE V's sign conventions for surface interferograms.
- Resolves a tolerance compensation problem when using a Zernike coefficient performance metric.
- Fixes a problem introduced in CODE V 10.3 with cosine ripple surface amplitude and slope tolerances (RPA & RPS), where the wavefront differentials were incorrectly computed.
- Resolves two problems with fictitious glass specifications, also introduced in CODE V 10.3.
Glass Catalog Updates
The following glass catalogs have been updated in this service release to the latest available (with the exception of CDGM - a catalog update became available on 01/31/12 and will be included in the next CODE V GLASS.CAT update).
Hoya glass catalog
- Updated dispersion coefficients for MFDS1 and MPFDS1
Schott glass catalog
- Updated transmission values for NLAK9 (25mm) and NFK5 (5 mm, 25mm)
- Updated specific gravity for NKZFS2
